2. Licensing
TouchPoint Mortgage is currently licensed in Michigan and California. We do not originate or fund loans for properties in any other state. Specific license numbers are available on request.
3. NMLS
TouchPoint Mortgage, NMLS #1762443. Consumers can verify licensing at nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
4. Equal Housing Lender
TouchPoint Mortgage is an Equal Housing Lender. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), familial status, disability, marital status, age, source of income, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
5. AI assistant
Ava is an AI assistant used to help pre-qualify borrowers and answer questions about loan programs. Ava does not provide binding offers, does not pull credit without your explicit consent, and will route you to a licensed loan officer before any loan application is taken. AI conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, processed under a zero-retention configuration with our AI provider, and not used to train AI models.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by TouchPoint Mortgage or its licensors. You may view and download a single copy of the content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data, including median prices and tax rates, is approximate and based on third-party sources; actual figures vary by neighborhood and property type. Calculations from our calculators are estimates only.
8. Limitation of liability
